Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Short, honest defaults. If a section here doesn't reflect what we actually do, that's a bug — email hello@squatch.cc and we'll fix it.

Who we are

Squatch.CC LLC ("Squatch CC," "we," "us") is a software and app studio headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, United States. Contact: hello@squatch.cc.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly, and only what we need to respond to you:

  • From the "Let's talk" form: your name, email, a short description of what you're building, and optionally a timeline, budget range, mobile number, and whether you opted in to receive text messages.
  • From email: whatever you send to hello@squatch.cc (or a related address). It lands in our inbox.
  • From booking a call: your name, email, and the time you selected, as collected by our self-hosted Cal.com booking page at book.squatch.cc.

This site does not run analytics, ad-tech, fingerprinting, or session-replay. There is no first-party analytics cookie in the default page load.

How we use it

  • To reply to your note or confirm your call.
  • To send you booking confirmations, receipts, or short service updates only if you have opted in to SMS (see the SMS section below).
  • To run our internal CRM (Twenty, self-hosted at crm.squatch.cc) so a human doesn't lose track of the conversation.

We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not send drip campaigns.

SMS / text messages

If — and only if — you tick the dedicated SMS-consent checkbox on the Let's talk form and provide your mobile number, we may send you booking confirmations, receipts, and occasional service updates by text message. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, HELP for help. The full program disclosure lives at /messaging.

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number, or the fact that you consented to receive SMS from us, to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are transmitted only to Twilio, our A2P 10DLC messaging provider, strictly to deliver the messages you opted in to receive. Twilio's role is a data processor under our instructions.

Opting out of SMS (by replying STOP or by emailing us) does not affect the rest of the conversation — we can still reach you by email if you want us to.

Who we share information with

  • Twilio — only when you have opted in to SMS, and only to send the messages you opted in to receive.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this site and the intake API. Standard request logs; no application-level analytics.
  • Our self-hosted CRM (Twenty at crm.squatch.cc) — runs on our own infrastructure; the data doesn't leave our operators' control.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not share it with data brokers.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

Some of our work touches healthcare. This public site is not a channel for PHI. Please don't send diagnoses, medications, treatment details, or other clinical information through the "Let's talk" form, email, or SMS. If a project needs PHI, we'll set up an appropriate channel (BAA, encrypted intake) as part of the engagement — never through the marketing site.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. If you use the booking widget on Let's talk, the self-hosted Cal.com iframe may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the booking flow to function. No cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

Intake records and correspondence are kept as long as our working relationship (or possible relationship) with you is active, plus a reasonable tail for accounting and legal records. Email us and we will delete what we can; some records tied to executed engagements may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations, and we'll tell you which.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you — email hello@squatch.cc.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it — same address.
  • Unsubscribe from SMS — reply STOP to any message or email us.

Children

This site and our SMS program are directed to adults acting on behalf of themselves or a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll bump the date at the bottom and — where we can — flag the change on the home page. Small clarifications may happen without notice.
