Who we are

"Squatch CC," "we," and "us" mean Squatch.CC LLC, a limited liability company headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, United States. "The site" means squatch.cc and its subdomains. Contact: hello@squatch.cc.

Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is informational

The site describes what we build, who we are, and how to talk to us. Nothing on the site — including the case study, the intake form, or the "Book a call" flow — is by itself an offer to enter into a contract, a warranty, or professional advice. Every real engagement is governed by a separately signed agreement.

Booking & the intake form

• Submitting the "Let's talk" form or booking a call does not create an obligation on either side.
• We may respond, decline, or refer you elsewhere.
• Please provide accurate information. Please don't impersonate anyone.
• Please don't send Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive third-party data through public channels — see the Privacy Policy.

SMS

If you opted in to receive text messages by ticking the dedicated SMS-consent checkbox on the intake form, use of that service is also governed by our SMS program disclosure. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Msg & data rates may apply.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the site or our systems.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the site, our infrastructure, or other users.
• Don't scrape destructively or in ways that materially affect our costs.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, honeypots, or other protections on the intake API.
• Don't upload malicious content or use the intake form to send spam.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos, and photography are the property of Squatch.CC LLC or used with permission. You may link to public pages. Please don't republish substantial portions of the content without asking.

Third-party services

Booking runs through our self-hosted Cal.com at book.squatch.cc. SMS runs through Twilio (A2P 10DLC) when you opt in. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, but we choose them intentionally and disclose their role.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squatch.CC LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site itself (as distinct from a signed engagement agreement) is limited to US $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute arising out of these terms is the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
